The bottom rung of the ladder is missing, so the entry is a little challenging. Otherwise, beautiful conditions and the usual very interesting and varied cave. |

There is new wall as well as the basin has been dug out. Water is about chest deep.
Landowner using pneumatic jack hammer to break up rock for the new wall. Quite noisy in the cave at a few spots.
Otherwise a great dive. |

Kim from ProTec in Tulum guided us. Entry was 15 to 20 foot of 0 to 1 foot viz but then it opened up to gin clear viz. In the cavern zone is a T. Both directions connect at a second T where the main line continues. Dive 1 was to the left. There were some large rooms with big formations and lots of side tunnels/rooms. Dive 2 was to the right and then we jumped before hitting the second T. I hope to return. |

This is a tiny little pond that is only about 3' deep. There is a small rabbit hole entrance to one side and the vis is crap during entry due to kicking up the pool while kitting up. |
